Ditch the gluten. Gluten is the protein that is found in wheat, barley, spelt and rye. It’s the enemy of people with coeliac disease. BUT even if you aren’t a coeliac, cutting out gluten can be of great benefit. Because we are so over-exposed to it in processed foods (not only is it in foods made with grains but is also used as a filler in a heap of other foods too (soy sauce, alcoholic beverages). For many it is inflammatory and can cause digestive problems, bloating, a foggy and head and weight gain. Try cutting it out and watch your belly flatten in days
