Oh my gosh - last week was the HARDEST week in a very long time for me! I gave up Soft Drink!! Pepsi, Coke, lemonade - all completely removed from my house.
The first few days were incredibly hard! I craved it, my body went into shock/detox - I was lethargic, cranky and had a headache.
I fought with myself - why give it up? If I feel this bad now, is it going to get worse?!
I'm so tired - Just one can! I'll feel fine.
I replaced Pepsi with water - yuck! Just no flavour. I thought I was going to die!
But then Day 5 - something changed. I realised I wasn't ready for bed by lunch time!
I didn't have a headache!
Water was satisfying my thirst!
I FELT ENERGISED!
Did giving it up really make that much of a difference?
And you know what, it did! I thought it was a fluke, but Day 6 and Day 7, I still felt great - today's Day 8 and I feel AMAZING!
So I challenge you - I'm giving it up for a Month (and will probably stick to it for much longer afterwards considering how incredible I feel) but I challenge you to give it up, even for a week and see how much it changes the way you feel!
