Berry Chia Seed Jam


I'm not sure why, but the past few weeks I've been crazy about berries.

Any berry! Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries - whichever - they're all so tasty and good for you!  I've been meaning to make some Blueberry Chia seed jam, but hadn't found the time to, but today I made the time and my youngest and I made Raspberry & Blueberry Chia Seed Jam!


It started like this



Blend your berries in a blender (I hit Turbo a few times on my Thermomix)


Add 1 Cup of Chia Seeds and 1 Cup of Coconut Water

Mix


And store in the Fridge over night
And you've made a healthy alternative to sugar laden jams (that tastes so much better too!)
