I LOVE this time of year. A whole lot of beach, sun and fun. I come alive!
Are you looking forward to taking off the layers, or is the prospect of baring more skin nerve-wracking to you? Have the months of winter seen some bad habits, and extra kilos creep into your life?
For the next 2 weeks I'm going to share with you daily a tip to help you get your summer body ready!



Tip 1!
Start the day with some lemon juice or apple cider vinegar in warm water. Both are detoxifying, balance blood sugar, boost metabolism, curb appetite, alkalise the blood, reduce inflammation and aid digestion. It’s a great way to kick start your body in the morning
